One source. The BABOOM the app shows is the Codex pet package baboom-archhub-steward-v2 (made 21 Jul 2026). The app ships it unchanged as nodelang/data/baboom/spritesheet.png — SHA-256 418583037df64e80… (same bytes in source and in the installed app, checked 9 Oct 2026). Every new pose or state is a new run of that same pet pipeline from its canonical-base.png; it never replaces the character.

Look (current): charcoal wizard robe and wide charcoal hat, warm gold clasps and belt, short brown hair, friendly face, simple wooden staff with one small cyan gemstone (a tiny core, never a glow halo). The gemstone is the only health cue.

Supersedes: the "deep blue robe with gold accents" line in ABOUT BABOOM (Nov 2025) for the app companion; the persona, voice and LA DA TA seal stay as written there.
